View from the Cupola at Schmucker Hall

The Cupola at Schmucker Hall on the grounds of the Lutheran Theological Seminary served as a key vantage point for Union generals observing the advance of Confederate forces. It remains a symbol for Civil War enthusiasts, and will be opened to the public after ongoing renovations are complete.
